Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable solution for fastening in thin sheets as thin as .020 inches. These TFH (non-flush) studs are easily installed with standard press equipment, securely locking into place with high torque-out and pushout resistances. While the stud head may not be flush, it provides a protrusion of approximately .025 inches above the sheet surface. Constructed from 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, these studs are suitable for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness requirements.
