Our PEM® self-clinching studs are effortlessly installed in properly sized holes in sheets using a standard press, embedding securely with high torque-out and pushout resistances. These flush-head studs, designed for sheet thicknesses of 1.00mm and greater, ensure a smooth and even flow of metal around the ribs and into the annular groove for a tight assembly. Additionally, our TPS, TP4 Pilot Pins are ideal for positioning, pivot, and alignment applications, featuring a chamfered end for easy mating hole location. Crafted from 400 Series Stainless Steel and passivated for enhanced durability, these pins guarantee reliable performance while meeting RoHS compliance standards.
