Self-Clinching Pilot Pins - Type TPSâ„¢, TP4â„¢ - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs are seamlessly integrated into sheets by simply placing them in pre-sized holes and applying pressure with a standard press. This process securely embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. The result is a flushhead assembly that locks the stud in place with exceptional torque-out and pushout resistances. Meanwhile, our TPS and TP4 Pilot Pins, crafted from 400 Series Stainless Steel and passivated for durability, offer versatile solutions for positioning, pivot, and alignment needs. The chamfered end facilitates easy mating hole location, making them essential for a wide range of applications requiring precision and reliability.
