Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer seamless installation by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in. The head embeds into the sheet, displacing metal smoothly and evenly for a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for use in specific sheet thicknesses and hardness levels, ensuring secure locking. Choose Type FH for steel or aluminum sheets with HRB 80 or less, Type FHS for HRB 70 or less, and Type FHA for softer aluminum sheets.
