Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. This process embeds the head of the stud securely, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs offer high torque-out and pushout resistances. Depending on the sheet material, choose between Type FH, FHS, or FHA for optimal performance. Perfect for applications in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, these self-clinching threaded studs provide reliable fastening solutions.
