FHLS-M4-6
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into place with a standard press. The head of the stud embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove to create a flushhead assembly, ensuring secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Designed with a flush low-displacement head, these studs can be installed closer to the sheet edge without causing bulging, making them ideal for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and above. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specified hardness levels, they provide reliable fastening solutions in various applications.
