Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placing them in pre-sized holes and pressing them in with a standard press. The flush low-displacement head (FHL) design allows for installation closer to the edge of the sheet without causing bulging, ideal for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and greater. These studs provide high torque-out and pushout resistances, securely locking into place. Made of 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish, they are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels.
