The head embeds securely, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. These Low-Displacement Head Studs (Types FHL, FHLS - Unified) are designed to sit close to the edge of a sheet without causing bulging, perfect for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. Made from 300 Series Stainless Steel with a Passivated finish, they are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels.
