Low-Displacement Head Studs - Types FHL, FHLS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer efficient installation, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into position with a standard press. The process embeds the head securely into the sheet, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Specifically designed for minimal displacement, our FHL and FHLS studs can be installed closer to sheet edges without causing bulging, ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. Constructed from durable 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, these studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels.
