Low-Displacement Head Studs - Types FHL, FHLS - Metric
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and squeezing them into place with a standard press. As the head embeds into the sheet, the metal flows smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Our FHL (flush low-displacement head) Studs can be installed closer to the edge of a sheet without causing bulging, perfect for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and greater. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, these studs ensure secure locking and durability in various applications.
