Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and squeezing into place with any standard press. The head embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly for secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for use in designated minimum sheet thicknesses or greater. Type FH is recommended for steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, while FHS and FHA variations suit lower hardness materials. Their versatility and durability make them essential for a wide range of applications.
