Our PEM® self-clinching studs are specially designed for easy installation in stainless steel sheets as thin as .040". Simply place them in properly sized holes and squeeze into place with a standard press for a secure, flushhead assembly. With high torque-out and pushout resistances, they provide strong threads in stainless steel, ideal for applications in medical, foodservice, and marine industries. Both FH4™ and FHP™ types offer high corrosion resistance, making them a reliable choice for demanding environments. Recommended for use in stainless steel sheets with a hardness of 92 or less on the Rockwell “B” scale, these studs ensure durable and long-lasting performance.
