| 01/09/2023 | TIN-OBS-20230109 - Obsolete with suggested replacement. We currently supply metal product to you that is finished in Black, Olive Drab or Green Paint finishes. We were informed by our supplier that the chemicals used in these paint finishes are no longer available and are being discontinued. Effective immediately our source is no longer able to supply us with these paint finishes. For these reasons, that our beyond our control, Araymond has no choice but to discontinue the use of these finishes. Currently the manufacturing plant has a limited amount of the needed chemical and will only be able to fill open orders that are on schedule through January. Orders due to ship February and beyond we are unable to fill with the paint finishes. ARaymond believes the new finish technology of today is superior to the legacy paint finishes. We are hopeful that our customers will be able approve the new finish option we are offering and will be able to update existing POs that are scheduled past January. Our solution is to meet all demand scheduled February and beyond of these parts with the better performing finish - at no extra cost. For Olive Drab or Green paint (legacy -1, -1D or -373) ARaymond is offering the option to move to the Magni Silver (SAP 4004) Superior finish provides up to 840 hours salt spray to red rust. Existing paint finishes max out at 168 hours or less. For Black paint finishes (legacy -360, -434) ARaymond is offering the option to move to the Magni Black (SAP code 4027) Superior finish provides up to 840 hours salt spray to red rust.
