ST-8P-60FA-50

These constant torque cartridges enable users to easily position doors, display screens and other mounted components and hold them securely at any desired angle – fully opened, fully closed, or anywhere in between. These cartridges are designed specially for applications where customers need to integrate constant torque functionality into a molded assembly. The ST-8P and larger ST-11P feature an overmolded design that encapsulates and hides the hinge for enhanced aesthetic value. The small diameter of both cartridges enables designers to use them with great flexibility that is difficult to achieve with a nut and bolt, and a customizable holding torque provides the right “feel” for a wide range of application needs.

Easily position doors, display screens, and other mounted components with our constant torque cartridges, securely holding them at any desired angle. Designed for seamless integration into molded assemblies, these cartridges offer customizable holding torque for a precise "feel" in a variety of applications. The overmolded ST-8P and ST-11P models not only provide enhanced aesthetic value but also ensure flexibility in design, replacing traditional nut and bolt fastenings. Crafted from durable aluminum alloy in a sleek black finish, these cartridges feature asymmetric torque for smooth operation. RoHS compliant and with forward torque of 0.677 Nm and reverse torque of 0.406 Nm, they are the perfect solution for your positioning needs.
