Self-Clinching Pilot Pins - Type TPSâ„¢, TP4â„¢ - Metric
PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheet metal, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The head of the stud embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly for a flush assembly and secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. TPS, TP4 Pilot Pins are ideal for various positioning, pivot, and alignment applications, featuring a chamfered end for easy mating hole location. Flush-head design suits sheet thicknesses of 1.00mm and above, all crafted from durable 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish for added corrosion resistance, ensuring compliance with RoHS standards.
