Self-Clinching Pilot Pins - Type TPSâ„¢, TP4â„¢ - Unified
PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply place them in appropriately sized holes and press into place. The head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly. This ensures a high torque-out and pushout resistance. The TPS, TP4 Pilot Pins are ideal for positioning, pivot, and alignment tasks, featuring a chamfered end for easy mating hole location. With a flush-head design suitable for sheet thickness of 0.040" and above, these stainless steel pins offer reliable performance and compliance with RoHS regulations.
