TPS-125-12
Self-Clinching Pilot Pins - Type TPSâ„¢, TP4â„¢ - Unified
PEM® self-clinching studs are installed by placing them in properly sized holes in the sheets and squeezing into place with any standard press. The squeezing action embeds the head of the stud into the sheet, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly and evenly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly that securely locks the stud into the sheet. These TPS, TP4 Pilot Pins are designed for a wide range of positioning, pivot, and alignment applications, with a chamfered end that facilitates easy mating hole location. Suitable for sheet thicknesses of 0.040" and greater, these stainless steel pins are passivated, ensuring high corrosion resistance and compliance with RoHS regulations.
