Self-Clinching Pilot Pins - Type TPSâ„¢, TP4â„¢ - Metric
PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The head of the stud embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances. TPS, TP4 Pilot Pins, made of 400 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, offer versatile positioning, pivot, and alignment solutions. Their chamfered end facilitates easy mating hole location, making them ideal for various applications in sheet metal assembly.
