Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs, designed for easy installation in thin sheets as thin as 0.51mm, provide secure fastening with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The TFH (non-flush) Studs, made of 300 Series Stainless Steel and finished with Passivation for optimal performance, are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels. While they do not sit flush with the surface, projecting 0.64mm above, they offer reliable locking and durability. Installation is simple, requiring only standard press equipment, making them a convenient choice for various industrial applications.
