Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable solution for fastening thin sheets, with TFH (non-flush) Studs suitable for materials as thin as 0.51mm. Easy to install using a standard press, these studs provide high torque-out and pushout resistances, securing them firmly in place. Made from 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish, they are ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels. The TFH studs, while not flush, ensure a secure lock and project slightly above the sheet surface for easy identification.
