The head of the stud seamlessly embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly and evenly around the ribs and into the annular groove. This creates a secure flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Perfect for sheets as thin as .020 inches, our TFH (non-flush) Studs offer reliable locking even in thicker sheets where flush head studs are not necessary. While the TFH studs may not be flush with the sheet surface, they provide excellent torque-out and pushout resistances. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, our TFH and TFHS studs in 300 Series Stainless Steel with Passivated finish ensure durability and compliance with RoHS standards.
