Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in thin sheets, as thin as .020 inches. The non-flush TFH (Type FH) studs offer secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances, ideal for applications where flush head studs are not required. These studs, made of 300 Series Stainless Steel and passivated for added durability, are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels. The protruding stud head, approximately .025 inches above the sheet surface, ensures a reliable fastening solution.
