Our PEM® self-clinching studs provide a secure fastening solution for thin sheets, with TFH (non-flush) studs suitable for materials as thin as .020 inches. Easily installed with standard presses, these studs feature a projecting head that ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances. Constructed from 300 Series Stainless Steel and passivated for added durability, they are ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings. Choose TFH studs for HRB 80 or less, and TFHS studs for HRB 70 or less, for reliable fastening in a variety of applications.
