Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable fastening solution for thin sheets, with non-flush TFH (Type FH) and TFHS options available. These studs are easily installed by pressing them into properly sized holes, securely locking them in place with high torque-out and pushout resistances. While TFHS studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with lower hardness levels, TFH studs are suitable for sheets as thin as 0.020 inches. Despite not being flush, TFH studs provide a protrusion of approximately 0.025 inches above the sheet surface, ensuring a secure attachment in various applications. With a material of 300 Series Stainless Steel and a passivated finish coating, these studs also comply with RoHS regulations, making them a durable and environmentally friendly fastening solution.
