Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer reliable fastening solutions for a variety of applications. Easily installed by pressing them into properly sized holes in sheets, they create a secure assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The non-flush TFH studs are ideal for thin sheets as well as thicker ones where flush head studs are not necessary. While the head slightly protrudes above the surface, it ensures a strong lock in place. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, these stainless steel studs with a passivated finish are also RoHS compliant, making them a sustainable choice for your projects.
