Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Easily install PEM® non-flush studs in thin sheets as thin as .020 inches for secure fastening in steel or aluminum. These TFH (non-flush) studs, also suitable for thicker sheets, offer high torque-out and pushout resistances. Featuring a protruding head, they are inserted using standard press equipment, creating a reliable assembly with smooth metal flow. Ideal for applications requiring a slightly raised stud head, these stainless steel studs are passivated for enhanced durability and RoHS compliant for environmental responsibility. Choose Type TFH for HRB 80 or less and Type TFHS for HRB 70 or less, ensuring optimal performance in various sheet materials.
