PEM® Type MPP™ Self-clinching microPEM® Pins - Metric
The PEM Type MPP, self-clinching microPEM® pins, designed to meet the needs of modern electronic assemblies. These pins offer a permanent clinching solution when pressed into a properly sized mounting hole, making them ideal for compact applications. With the ability to be installed in various sheet materials, including stainless steel, up to HRB 92/HB 195 hardness, they provide excellent corrosion resistance. Their flush head design allows for seamless integration into panels as thin as 0.5mm, while the chamfered end facilitates easy mating hole alignment. Additionally, these pins can be installed automatically, making them a convenient and efficient choice for micro positioning and alignment tasks. RoHS compliant.
