The PEM® PEMFLEX® self-locking, self-clinching fasteners are designed for reliable performance, with a shoulder for increased functionality. These fasteners offer a flexing action that allows for repeated use and maintains effective locking torque, while the flange ensures a positive stop during installation. With thread locking performance equivalent to NASM25027 specifications, they provide secure attachment without protruding through the sheet. Available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, these fasteners feature a rugged PEMFLEX design with two semicircular flexing jaws, offering greater retention and preventing loosening in severe service. Additionally, the design protects screw threads, minimizing the risk of damage.
