High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable solution for high-strength fastening in sheet materials. Designed for easy installation with standard presses, these studs create a secure flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs are a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, featuring a large head that distributes tightening force for improved pull-through resistance. For applications requiring superior electrical/mechanical attachment, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer enhanced conductivity.
