High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient fastening solution for a variety of applications. Designed for easy installation in sheets, these studs create a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) Studs provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, with a large head that improves pull through resistance. For superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer enhanced conductivity. Choose the appropriate type based on the material hardness, with HFH and HFHS for high-strength applications in steel or aluminum sheets, and HFHB for copper sheets. Our studs, made of 300 Series Stainless Steel and passivated for added durability, meet RoHS compliance for environmental sustainability.
