High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a convenient and cost-effective alternative to weld studs, with easy installation using standard presses. Designed for high-strength applications in thin sheets, these studs feature a flushhead assembly that ensures secure locking with impressive torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, in particular, provide enhanced pull-through resistance by distributing tightening force over a large area. For superior electrical and mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With specific recommendations for use in steel, aluminum, and copper sheets based on hardness levels, these studs are versatile and reliable solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
