Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient solution for high-strength fastening in various sheet materials. Designed for easy installation using standard press tools, these studs feature a flushhead assembly that ensures secure locking with exceptional torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, in particular, provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, thanks to their large head that distributes tightening force evenly for improved pull-through resistance. For applications requiring superior electrical and mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made from phosphor bronze, offer enhanced conductivity. With different types tailored for specific material hardness levels, including steel, aluminum, and copper, our high-strength studs deliver reliable performance in a wide range of industrial settings.
