High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer reliable installation in sheets, simply placed in pre-sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The process embeds the stud head securely, with displaced metal flowing evenly for a flush assembly. HFH (heavy-duty) studs provide cost-effective alternatives to weld studs, distributing tightening force for improved pull-through resistance. Meanwhile, HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs excel in electrical/mechanical applications, with phosphor bronze variants offering superior conductivity.
