PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient solution for high-strength fastening in various sheet materials. By simply placing them in properly sized holes and using a standard press, these studs securely anchor into place, creating a flushhead assembly with exceptional torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, in particular, are designed to replace weld studs, offering easier installation at lower costs while distributing axial tightening force effectively for improved pull-through resistance. For applications requiring superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, provide double the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With options suitable for steel, aluminum, and copper sheets of varying hardness levels, these studs cater to a wide range of industrial needs.
