High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Unified
PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient solution for fastening applications. These studs are easily installed by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into place with a standard press. The unique design embeds the stud head into the sheet, creating a flush assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. HFH (heavy-duty) Studs provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, with a large head that distributes tightening force for improved pull-through resistance. HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer superior conductivity for electrical and mechanical attachment points.
