Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for high-strength applications, offering easy installation in sheets as thin as .050". These studs, available in HFH, HFHS, and HFHB types, provide robust attachment points with superior torque-out and pushout resistances. HFH studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while HFHB studs are ideal for copper applications requiring enhanced electrical/mechanical performance. The HFHB type, made of phosphor bronze, offers double the conductivity of carbon steel studs. Featuring a flushhead design, our studs distribute tightening forces evenly and securely lock into place, providing reliable performance in various industrial settings. With a passivated finish coating and RoHS compliance, these high-strength studs ensure durability and environmental responsibility in your assembly processes.
