High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable solution for fastening in sheet metal applications. These studs are easily installed by pressing them into properly sized holes, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) Studs provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, distributing axial tightening force over a large area for improved pull through resistance. For applications requiring superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With various types suitable for different sheet material strengths, including steel, aluminum, and copper, these high-strength studs ensure secure and durable fastening in a wide range of environments.
