High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a high-strength solution for secure attachment in various materials. Designed for easy installation with standard presses, these studs feature a flushhead assembly that ensures reliable locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, ideal for replacing weld studs, distribute axial tightening force over a large area for improved pull-through resistance. For superior electrical/mechanical attachment, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With options for different sheet materials and hardness levels, including steel, aluminum, and copper, our high-strength studs provide a versatile and reliable fastening solution for a wide range of applications.
