High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a convenient and cost-effective solution for fastening applications. Easily installed by pressing them into properly sized holes in sheets, they create flushhead assemblies with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Designed to replace weld studs, our HFH (heavy-duty) studs feature a large head that distributes tightening force for enhanced pull-through resistance. For superior electrical/mechanical attachment, our HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, provide twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With options for high-strength applications in steel, aluminum, or copper sheets, our studs are versatile and reliable for a range of industrial needs.
