Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a convenient installation solution, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into position with a standard press. The head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs for a flush assembly. HFH studs, suitable for high-strength applications in thin sheets, provide an alternative to weld studs, distributing axial force for enhanced pull-through resistance. HFHB studs, ideal for superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, feature phosphor bronze construction for increased conductivity. Choose HFHS studs for use in sheets with lower hardness ratings, ensuring reliable performance in various materials.
