Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient solution for high-strength fastening in various applications. Designed for easy installation using standard presses, these studs create a flushhead assembly with superior torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, with their large head design, provide enhanced pull-through resistance, replacing weld studs with a cost-effective alternative. For applications requiring superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer double the conductivity of carbon steel studs. With options suitable for use in steel, aluminum, and copper sheets of varying hardness, our high-strength studs ensure secure and durable fastening in diverse industrial settings.
