PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable and efficient solution for fastening applications in thin sheets. Installed easily with standard press equipment, these studs create flushhead assemblies with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) Studs, with their large head design, provide improved pull-through resistance, replacing traditional weld studs at a lower cost. For superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. Designed for high-strength applications, Types HFH and HFHS are suitable for use in steel or aluminum sheets, while Type HFHB is recommended for copper sheets. Meeting RoHS compliance, these studs ensure quality and performance in a wide range of industrial settings.
