Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer convenient installation by fitting into appropriately sized holes in sheets and securing in place with standard press machinery. The stud head embeds seamlessly into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing evenly for a flush assembly and robust torque-out and pushout resistance. HFH (heavy-duty) Studs provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, distributing tightening force over a large area for enhanced pull-through resistance. HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs are ideal for applications requiring superior electrical and mechanical attachment points, with phosphor bronze options offering enhanced conductivity. Recommended for high-strength applications in steel, aluminum, or copper sheets, these studs provide reliable performance in various industrial settings.
