High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
PEM® self-clinching studs offer a high-strength solution for secure fastening in various materials. Designed for easy installation using a standard press, these studs create a flushhead assembly with excellent torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) Studs, in particular, provide a cost-effective alternative to weld studs, distributing tightening force evenly for enhanced pull through resistance. For applications requiring superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer enhanced conductivity. Available in different types to suit specific material hardness requirements, these studs are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
