High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a high-strength solution for secure attachment in various materials. These studs are easily installed by squeezing them into properly sized holes, creating a flushhead assembly with superior torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, suitable for thin sheets, feature a large head for improved pull-through resistance, while the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, provide superior electrical/mechanical attachment. Choose the HFH or HFHS types for high-strength applications in steel or aluminum sheets, and opt for the HFHB type for copper sheets. With a heat-treated carbon steel construction and zinc plating for added durability, these studs ensure reliable performance in a range of industrial applications.
