High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Unified
Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly with any standard press, embedding them securely in sheets for high torque-out and pushout resistances. HFH (heavy-duty) Studs offer easier installation than weld studs, distributing axial tightening force over a large area for improved pull through resistance. HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs provide superior electrical/mechanical attachment points, with phosphor bronze studs offering double the conductivity of carbon steel. Types HFH and HFHS are designed for high-strength applications in thin sheets, while Type HFHB is ideal for copper. Suitable for use in steel, aluminum, and copper sheets with specific hardness levels, these studs ensure reliable performance in various industrial settings.
