Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a high-strength solution for secure fastening in a variety of applications. Designed for easy installation with standard presses, these studs are ideal for sheets as thin as .050" and provide superior torque-out and pushout resistances. The heavy-duty HFH studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, offer enhanced pull-through resistance thanks to their large head. For applications requiring superior electrical and mechanical attachment points, the HFHB studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs.
