High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer efficient installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head into the sheet, creating a flush assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. HFH (heavy-duty) Studs, designed as weld stud alternatives, distribute tightening force over a large area for improved pull-through resistance. HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs, made of phosphor bronze, provide superior electrical/mechanical attachment points. Suitable for high-strength applications in thin sheets, these studs come in various types recommended for use in steel, aluminum, or copper sheets of specific hardness levels. The zinc-plated finish ensures durability and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
