PEM® self-clinching studs offer a durable solution for fastening in sheet materials. Installed effortlessly with a standard press, these studs create a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The heavy-duty HFH series replaces weld studs, providing easier installation and improved pull through resistance. For the most demanding applications, the HFG8 and HF109 studs, made from heat-treated carbon steel, ensure high tensile strength and hardness qualities. Specifically designed for use in steel or HSLA steel sheets, these studs feature large head diameters that distribute compressive stress efficiently.
