Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Metric
Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them securely into place with a standard press. As the stud is squeezed, its head embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. This process creates a flushhead assembly, ensuring a tight lock with high resistance to torque-out and pushout. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for use in specific sheet thicknesses and hardness levels, providing reliable fastening solutions for various applications. For aluminum sheets, the FHA type is recommended, while the FHS type is ideal for steel or aluminum sheets with lower hardness ratings.
